Inland towards Pedro Barba
Vast sandy landscape, Las Agujas on the left, the east coast on the right. Deserted and unspoilt – destination: Pedro Barba.
Barranco de los Conejos – the Rabbit Gorge
Geological highlight: dark lava flows, lighter ash deposits, eroded tuff layers. Rarely seen on La Graciosa.
Return along the coast
Famara massif directly opposite – a rock face over 400 metres high, which glows particularly brightly in the late afternoon light.
